Laghu Udyog Bharati is a not for profit Pan India Organisation with the aim of empowering Micro and Small enterprises in the country since its formation in 1994. Today, it has the distinction of being one of the largest Industry networks with branches in all the 24 states of India and membership base of 27,000.At a national level, LUB endeavors to bring together like-minded industrialists and entrepreneurs to create a strong and progressive organisation that provides solutions to entrepreneurs with a national spirit.It also helps aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential through training programs to impart new management techniques, technology know-how as well as to transfer of technology. Taking this forward at the state-level is Laghu Udyog Bharati – Karnataka. |

Laghu Udyog Bharati – Karnataka (LUB-Karnataka), a chapter of LUB, works for the cause of micro and small enterprises across the state. LUB-Karnataka is currently present in 21 districts of Karnataka and plans are afoot to cover other districts by the end of this year. The organization aims at facilitating the growth and development of micro and small enterprises. It is a forum to exchange new ideas, best practices and collectively tackle problems facing both the industry as a whole and an enterprise in particular. |
To achieve the desired goal, LUB-K organises need based programs for the entrepreneurs in the state. Following are some of the programs :
Major initiative of LUB-K is organising international exhibition - India Manufacturing Show (IMS). The purpose of holding this exhibition is to bring MSEs on the same platform with large PSUs and corporates in the manufacturing sector for a better B2B connect. |
