This component was sent to us with all required information with our E-FORM, post which we evaluated and studied the component. Then the appropriate application of welding process was selected for trials. 

How It Works ?

Quantify your weld : Calculate the right amount of welding deposition you need either by design or by example - For a 6mm weld bead width to be welded on a 31.75mm diameter component the bead length would be 100mm for which the deposition is 16 grams.
