This component is a hydraulic fitting tube made of MS in various lengths and dia meter. It is a combination of a flange, end connector and other hydraulic part which are welded to form the complete component.

These Hydraulic connectors tubes are used in numerous industrial applications to join rigid hydraulic pipe assemblies, flexible hose assemblies etc. 

This component was welded using our orbital welding automation, with specifically designed fixture to give the best welding solution.
