Smt Shashikala Jolle, Hon'ble Minister for Women & Child welfare & Sri Anna Saheb Jolle, Hon' ble MP visited Kusuri mane, initiative of Women Entrepreneurs Cell of Laghu Udyog Bharati -Karnataka. Discussed various issues and marketing support to women entrepreneurs.

The Manifolds are used in many power fluids application. They are also used in hydraulics and pneumatic. The welded ports and valves on manifolds act as an interface between the manifolds and the integrated systems.

The welding of this component is automated using our port welding automation.

This component Z-beam is mostly prevalent in the warehouse infrastructure industry. Which is extensively used as racking solution for holding pallets.

This component is a combination of Z-beam being welded on either ends with ends plates, which act as supports to hold the Z-beam. These beam need to withstanding heavy loads of weight. 

The welding of this component is automated using our profile welder.

This component is a battery box which is used in industries, heavy locomotives, aviation etc. These containers are build to protect the batteries from unexpected surrounding environment, safe handling, and also for transport safety. These are containers for heavy duty batteries.

The component is made using sheet metal. This component was welded to it precise requirements on our profile welding automation..

This component is a hydraulic fitting tube made of MS in various lengths and dia meter. It is a combination of a flange, end connector and other hydraulic part which are welded to form the complete component.

These Hydraulic connectors tubes are used in numerous industrial applications to join rigid hydraulic pipe assemblies, flexible hose assemblies etc. 

This component was welded using our orbital welding automation, with specifically designed fixture to give the best welding solution.
