Continuing our programme on Awareness on Lean Management across Karnataka districts, QCI and Krysalis organised the event in Puttur on February 24, 2025. Over 50 industry leaders participated in the programme.

Prior to the workshop on Lean, a day before Krysalis officials visited over 10 industries to conduct the gap-analysis of the unit. The first cluster on Lean is expected to start from Puttur shortly.
