February 27, 2025: MoU with Yes Bank

Laghu Udyog Bharati-Karnataka signed an exclusive MoU with Yes Bank. This MoU will facilitate quicker dispersal of loans to our members across Karnataka on the first phase and the same will be extended to All India Members on the second level.

The MoU was signed by Shri Narayana Prasanna from LUB-K side and Shri. Sharanu Gurupad Kumbar from Yes Bank side.

It was also agreed upon that the credit flow facility to our members will be a few percentage points lesser as compared to market interest rates.

Laghu Udyog Bharati-Karnataka will host exclusive Conclaves with Yes Bank across Karnataka Districts. The first in the series is tentatively scheduled for March 14, 2025 for Bengaluru North Members.

If the Business owners carry with them basic documents vis-à-vis:

• KYC, 3-year Balance Sheets
• P&L Account statement
• Order/Purchase book status for the next one year
• Any other necessary document

The Yes Bank officials shall in-principle assess the same in provide the first sanction of Loan.
